Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Co-Op – Burnaby, BC
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
LUCID Vision Labs is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator Co-Op to join our growing marketing team at our Burnaby, BC headquarters. In this role, you will support a variety of marketing activities, with a strong focus on content localization and regional communication consistency. You will also assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, and support additional marketing initiatives as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the translation and updates of marketing materials (e.g. website content, product collateral, newsletters, presentations) across multiple languages
- Assist with trade show preparation and logistics including packing, shipping, and on-site coordination
- Help maintain product listings, buyer’s guides, and directory entries across various industrial websites and publications
- Liaise with internal teams and regional offices to gather content, verify accuracy, and align messaging
- Assist other marketing projects as needed, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience
Qualifications/Education/Skills
- Currently in the 4th year of a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct content or formatting errors
- Demonstrated interest in B2B or industrial technology marketing and a willingness to learn technical subject matter
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), campaign platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns/CRM), or translation management tools is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator) is preferred
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
