Position Overview
Our relationship with Microsoft is a key part of how Compugen helps customers modernize, adopt, and consume Microsoft solutions. We are hiring a Microsoft Alliance Manager to help us strengthen that relationship, manage Microsoft program motions, and turn Microsoft-funded opportunities into practical customer-facing market activity.
The Microsoft Alliance Manager is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the operational relationship between Compugen and Microsoft. This role provides the Microsoft program expertise, partner-process fluency, and cross-functional coordination needed to help Compugen understand, intake, manage, and activate Microsoft programs across the business.
This includes understanding Microsoft's channel-focused programs, workshops, funded engagement programs, co-sell motions, and partner priorities, then coordinating with internal teams to determine where those programs fit, how they should be taken to market, and which customers or segments should be prioritized.
The Microsoft Alliance Manager also manages Compugen's Microsoft Partner Business Plan and works closely with Marketing to translate Microsoft-funded programs into campaigns, offers, readiness material, and customer-facing engagement motions.
This role reports into the Microsoft Solutions Business and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Operations, and Microsoft-facing stakeholders.

Generate propensity and prioritization guidance that identifies where Microsoft programs should be sold and which customers or segments should be targeted. Work with Marketing to develop go-to-market approaches that translate Microsoft-funded programs into campaigns, offers, collateral, and customer-facing engagement motions. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Operations, and Microsoft to align offer activity to purchase, implementation, and consumption outcomes. Support internal readiness by ensuring teams have the information, process guidance, and materials needed to take Microsoft programs to market effectively. Work with Microsoft to align Compugen's priorities, promote Compugen successes, and maintain strong operating engagement with Microsoft field and partner teams. Monitor active Microsoft program motions and provide visibility into status, risks, next steps, and required internal actions. Solicit feedback from Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Microsoft to improve program execution, customer experience, and offer effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
Deep understanding of Microsoft channel programs, partner motions, funded engagement programs, co-sell processes, and incentive models.
