General Manager (reports to the COO)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assume full P&L responsibility, operations and strategic planning for the Company Lead the Company in all respects, with focus on these key areas Living our values to build a strong company culture Execution of the strategic growth plan Achieve consistent sales growth in all markets we serve Support internal teams to achieve success - Sales, Engineering, Service and Production Establish credibility throughout the Company and with key external stakeholders, and work closely with all employees to develop and foster a strong and cohesive team environment
