Proficiency in any of the following
Carpentry - Installation of Trim, Doors, and Hardware Deck and Fence Repairs Painting - Interior Tiling - Floors, Showers, Backsplashes Drywall work, repairs, caulking Floor installation and refurbishing General home repairs Assembly Excellent customer service Building code familiarity Current driver's license/insurance Have tools, work vehicle, references Undergo screening and background check Contractors need liability insurance and workers comp Access to your own smartphone & Internet
