What you’ll be doing:

Support the General Manage and Asst Manager in various projects and initiatives

Keep customers updated
-
Process insurance claims and facilitate booking in for repairs based on repair size and type
-
Perform customer walk arounds and explain damage and repairs
-
Create and close work orders and providing invoices to various businesses
-
Develop and follow communication strategies to maintain strong customer relationships

Manage customer information and keep data organized
-
Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
-
Inform customers of our customer service review process and push for positive feedback

Schedule and confirm customer appointments

Prepare reports as needed
What we're looking for:

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations

Customer service guru, in other words a people person
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Computer literate and telephone savvy
-
Passion for teamwork
-
Organization skills
-
Inspire others, so the sum of the whole becomes greater than its parts

Have a passion for growth and advancement
-
Bonus points if you have call center experience
