They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all operational phases of new build projects in the Ottawa region. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all operational phases of new build projects in the Ottawa region. Description Project Manager - ICI Construction (New Builds) - Ottawa Oversee the full lifecycle of ICI new build projects, ensuring successful execution aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project. Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients. Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Profile Project Manager - ICI Construction (New Builds) - Ottawa Minimum of 8 years of experience in Design-Build, Project Management, or General Contracting within the ICI sector. Proven experience managing ICI construction projects from start to finish, with project values ranging from $1M to $50M. Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI sector, building codes, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently met. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
