Schedule
- 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with occasional weekends based on business needs.
Pay
- $55,000 - $60,000/annum
Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the site;
- Delegate industrial cleaning tasks to 15-20 team members;
- Provide coaching and training to new employees;
- Perform physically repetitive cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, heavy lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, prolonged standing and walking;
- Must wear proper PPE including safety shoes/boots, protective face wear, and gloves;
- Follow all company safety policies, practices, and procedures;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead in an industrial environment;
- Industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset;
- Minimum high school level education;
- Must be able to reliably commute to work;
- Must meet all health and safety requirements;
- Possess a valid driver's license;
- Able to commute to the Cambridge, ON site for work.
