Job Description:

As the Customer Service Representative you will liaison with customers, team members and insurance companies to ensure the collision repair process is a smooth and positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be providing top tier service to our customers. Here you will greet customers and help to explain the repair process while keeping them up-to-date with regular repair updates and answer any questions they may have. You will be responsible for answering the phone and triaging calls to the right department.

In this role you will learn the intricacies of collision repair to better assist our customers in understanding the process. This will be achieved by working interactively with our team and asking lots of questions!

We're looking for someone who is upbeat, friendly, driven and excited about the opportunity to make each interaction better than the last. Someone with initiative and experience going above and beyond for their customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Post Secondary Schooling in Business Administration or another relevant field is an asset

  • Excellent customer service & experience

  • Computer proficiency & a willingness to learn new programs

  • Google Suite

  • Various web-based and non-web based program

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Time management

  • Analytical and anticipatory - always thinking ahead to be well prepared

  • Demonstrate strong initiative

  • Inquisitive by nature

  • Excited to learn about the industry

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
