Ready to suit up as a Mobile Security Guard
What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.
As a Mobile Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in parking areas for a major national client. You will be required to use a GardaWorld marked patrol vehicle for the duration of your shift to ensure the parking facilities are patrolled frequently, provide escorts to vehicles and report on any suspicious activity you find. You will also be required to issue City of Toronto Parking Infraction Notices to any unauthorized vehicles on site.

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Guard
- Monitor parking facilities for the site to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Report to the Shift Supervisor and Account Director in real time of any issues observed
- Maintain safe operation of a company vehicle dedicated to the location and maintain reports on the status of the vehicle
Qualifications for Mobile Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- Hold a minimum of a G2 drivers license
- First aid certification required
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
