Full Stack Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $200,000/year USD
About the role
The EdTech industry is grappling with a critical issue: creating learning content that engages students while addressing their individual requirements. The market is flooded with one-size-fits-all, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation more important than ever. Evidence shows that educational resources failing to resonate with learners or adjust to diverse learning preferences lead to sharp declines in engagement, resulting in inadequate learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within tight time and budget limitations.
LearnWith.AI is confronting this challenge directly by leveraging AI capabilities to transform content development. Our mission extends beyond building AI utilities—we are engineering AI-powered platforms that produce flexible, individualized educational materials. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge engine that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This forward-thinking strategy not only sets us apart in a saturated marketplace but also expands the horizon for AI applications in learning, delivering education that is more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.
This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to routine programming or theoretical AI experimentation. Rather, you will spearhead efforts to redefine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enhanced workflows that deliver genuinely tailored educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those seeking predictable assignments or gradual progress—it is designed for forward-thinking innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible results.
In this critical team role, you will architect AI-enhanced educational platforms with the capacity to reshape the learning ecosystem. You will employ LLMs as subject-matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with depth and relevance. If the prospect of using AI to transform education excites you and you are prepared to own initiatives that expand the limits of innovation, we welcome your application.
What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Enhanced Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows through iterative feedback from domain specialists and end users.
- Developing Knowledge Repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject experts to create and sustain documentation that captures specialized knowledge and organizational intelligence.
- Architecting and deploying data frameworks that deliver contextual functionality for core business operations, guaranteeing performant and scalable data architecture.
Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Assist LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing compelling and individualized educational materials using AI-powered solutions
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record integrating LLMs into production software applications (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not meet this criterion)
- Verifiable passion for EdTech

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.
Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.
It's hard, but it's worth it!
