• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows and Thin Client endpoints, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.

• 5+ years of experience working with Endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or equivalent).

• 3+ years of experience working with presentation layer systems (e.g., Citrix, Horizon, AVD).

• Candidate must be located in the Province of New Brunswick.

Scored Requirements SNB seeks a resource that demonstrates the following scored qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Endpoint device deployments in Healthcare environments, with an understanding of healthcare policies and practices.
• 5+ years of experience with thin client and virtual desktop infrastructure (e.g., IGEL).
• 5+ years of experience working independently, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience with desktop imaging, application packaging, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• 5+ years of communication and facilitation skills to engage clinical and technical stakeholders effectively.
• 3+ years of experience in vendor assessments, requirements gathering, project lifecycle, and process improvement.
• 3+ years of experience administrating BYOD environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting diverse printer fleets (laser, label, prescription) across clinical and administrative settings.
• 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).
