Job Overview
The Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions, ensuring EHN’s clinical and operational teams have the insights and tools they need to improve client care and organizational performance. This role combines business process analysis, requirements gathering, and applied data insights to support decision-making, service innovation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to monitor KPIs and support leadership in decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Business Requirements & Process Improvement
- Work with stakeholders across departments to gather and document requirements for projects, systems, and initiatives.
- Analyze workflows and propose process improvements that enhance efficiency, client outcomes, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Project Support & Implementation
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to system implementations, process optimization, or data initiatives.
- Track deliverables, risks, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Data Governance & Compliance
- Assist in establishing and maintaining data governance practices, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security.
- Support compliance with Canadian privacy and healthcare regulations (e.g., PHIPA, PIPEDA).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI; SQL knowledge is an asset).
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
