Solutions Specialist
About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing pricing, delivery information, technical support, and order management while helping drive sales growth. In this role, you'll: ✅ Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support ✅ Prepare and follow up on quotations ✅ Process customer orders and contracts ✅ Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams ✅ Manage customer inventory programs and agreements ✅ Help deliver an outstanding customer experience What we're looking for: ✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills ✔ Excellent organization and attention to detail ✔ 1-2 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience is an asset ✔ Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus 📍 Location: Concord, ON 💰 Hiring Range: $58,846 - $73,557 annually If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
