About We The Collective
We are a digital advertising agency with over 17 years of experience developing digital experiences for entertainment brands with a focus on gaming, toys, and collectibles. We work with some of the largest entertainment brands in the world to engage audiences and fans and provide results for our clients.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Digital Project Manager forges connections with every discipline and workflow stage within our organization, steering the delivery of exceptional creative products for our clients. This client-facing role is hands-on, leveraging extensive expertise in digital advertising project delivery. The Senior Digital Project Manager’s resourcefulness, efficiency, and thought leadership is central to providing support and mentorship to other PM team members.
The role is essential in managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring team adherence to project plans and timelines, and building strong client relationships. The Senior Digital Project Manager’s ability to manage risks and adapt to changes, while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products is pivotal. The Senior Digital Project Manager also contributes to the evolution of our project management best practices and update internal documentation as a dynamic resource for the team.
Our talented team of project managers make sure our projects are executed flawlessly and delivered on time. They coordinate between the clients, internal departments and oversee projects to bring them to life, playing a pivotal role in turning concepts into successful outcomes.
Senior level practitioners at We The Collective generally have amassed more years of practical experience in their field. They demonstrate a high level of leadership and oversight proficiency. They are highly conceptual thinkers — consistently offering a broad range of ideas to inspire our clients and colleagues as a matter of course. A senior practitioner’s ability to think strategically enables WTC to deliver solutions very closely aligned with client goals. They often demonstrate success interacting directly with clients, rather than relying upon other members of the team. They also play a significant role in shaping internal strategy and improving processes, usually without prompting. They embody their role in a way that serves as a powerful inspiration for the upcoming generation of senior-level practitioners.
