Job Description: Day‑to‑Day Job Activities Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers at the rental counter and over the phone
- Provide clear, friendly, and efficient service
- Support customers with questions, rental needs, and general inquiries
Sales & Rental Support
- Assist with inside sales for products, services, and equipment rentals
- Prepare and process rental and sales contracts
- Handle equipment returns and close rental agreements
- Look up equipment information through company systems
Purchasing & Administration
- Assist with purchase order entry and tracking
- Keep paperwork organized and up to date to ensure accurate and timely transactions
Equipment Support
- Assist / support on orders if needed
Experience Required
- Minimum two to three years of front counter, sales, and customer service experience in a related industry is considered an asset
- General knowledge of the underground civil industry is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills with a customer centered approach
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining strong organization
- Willingness to learn equipment details, product features, and rental applications
- Availability for various shifts, with additional hours during peak seasons
