The role involves leading structural analysis activities, coordinating with customer and offshore engineering teams, preparing stress reports, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Aircraft primary & secondary structures Classical/Hand Stress Analysis FEA (Nastran, Patran, FEMAP, Abaqus, HyperMesh) Structural substantiation & strength evaluation Design validation & stress report preparation Aircraft OEM/commercial or business aircraft experience Technical leadership and project coordination
Requirements
10+ years of aerostructures experience Strong customer communication and coordination skills Ability to work 100% onsite in Mississauga Valid Canadian work authorization
