- Conduct outreach for blog content collaboration and social media partnership opportunities.
- Take direction from senior team members and use SOPs to delegate tasks to teammates, ensuring execution is on-brand and on-time.
- Maintain and update the marketing content calendar across paid, owned, and earned channels.
What you will Bring (Requirements):

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related field.
- SaaS marketing experience required, with B2B fintech experience strongly preferred.
- Process-oriented mindset: ability to create and maintain detailed SOPs, organize complex workflows, and establish repeatable systems across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong project management skills: demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain quality standards under pressure.

- Technical proficiency: experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager), and basic website management.
- Detail-oriented execution: track record of maintaining brand consistency, catching errors before publication, and ensuring all marketing materials meet quality standards.
- Collaborative approach: ability to work effectively with external vendors, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships for content partnerships and outreach.
- Data-driven mentality: comfortable tracking performance metrics, organizing campaign data, and providing insights on content performance and engagement rates.
- Self-directed work style: ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations without constant supervision.
- Adaptability and growth mindset: willingness to learn new tools, adjust to changing priorities, and evolve processes as the company scale.
- Strong communicator: knows when to ask questions, how to clarify direction, and how to respond with clear, solution-oriented updates.
