We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Sales Analyst to join our Customs Clearance business unit. In this role, you will analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and operational data to drive strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness. If you have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of international trade and customs processes, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!
How you create impact
- Analyze sales data and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities across the Americas.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, revenue performance, and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams on forecasting, budgeting, and commission analytics.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and enhance CRM (Corelog/Salesforce) and BI tools for data accuracy and usability.
- Align with European counterparts to ensure consistency in approach.
- Prepare monthly market and pipeline updates for internal stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
