Position Summary:

The Digital Solutions Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the dealership’s digital presence, online sales tools, and technology-driven customer experience initiatives. This role oversees the accuracy and effectiveness of digital platforms, helps manage website content and online vehicle merchandising, analyzes digital performance, and works closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and overall operational efficiency. The Digital Solutions Manager also helps identify, implement, and optimize digital solutions that support business goals, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance the customer journey both online and in-store.

Requirements:

• Must like wanting to work in a fast paced, fun environment that produces results.

• Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team.

• Honest, enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional

• Valid Drivers License with a Clean Driving Record

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• 2+ years’ experience in social media

• Creative with strong computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Website Management for the Laking Group (Laking Toyota, Northern Nissan, Imperial Collision, Forest & Lawn, Hertz Sudbury, Sudbury Signs & Designs)

• Digital Sign Management

• Video for Website (work with staff to create and edit videos)

• Brand Reputation Management for the Laking Group

• Work with Department Managers to develop and promote Online Specials

• Managing Online Retail process

• Second Delivery Events

• Laking/Nissan Rewards Program

• Special Projects

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to be outdoors photographing vehicles in varying weather conditions.

• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Use of camera equipment, computer, and digital platforms on a daily basis.
