About The Role We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer- Senior Associate with 8+ years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java8, Springboot, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, AWS, DevOps, Openshift and good to have KTA 7.8 along with domain experience in Banking. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our company’s objectives and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Java8, Springboot, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, AWS, DevOps, Openshift and KTA 7.8 to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and system performance.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure software solutions are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding practices and architecture design.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and functionality.
- Document software designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work environment.
