- Take the order from the customer and preparing the order
- Prepare the BBQ dishes according to the recipe and follow the standard operations procedure.
- Help to prepare ingredients for meals by washing, cutting, peeling and slicing ingredients.
- Washing workable, cupboards and appliances as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per company requirements
- Comply with all food safety protocols, standard operations procedures, Health and safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives
- Other duties as required
