We are currently recruiting for a: Sales Administrator (Summer Student)

This is a full-time, temporary position

Position Overview:

Working closely with the sales admin team and other departments to ensure information is flowing from the time of sale until closing date. Fast paced, action packed and never a dull day!

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales administration workflows, including email and document management, data entry into
  • Internal systems and tracking action items
  • Maintain weekly reports for management
  • Support the sales admin team with sales inquiries
  • Process customer refund requests
  • Pull and compile documentation required for closing statements
  • Send documents to Docusign for builder signature and ensure completed documents are uploaded to our internal system
  • Review and update key internal components of new purchaser deal into internal database
  • Send Customer Sale (C/S) and firm emails to Sales and internal teams
  • Prepare, send, and confirm Change Orders (COs) for builder signature

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, detail-oriented mindset

  • Action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines

  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others

  • Proficient in the use of office-based software and business systems

  • Knowledge of construction or real estate terminology is considered an asset
