Duties

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Operate compaction equipment

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations is preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
