Woodbine Nissan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, automotive knowledge, and a passion for customer care to every interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about creating a welcoming, trustworthy, and informed experience for every customer who visits our service drive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Warmly greet customers and ensure a seamless check-in process

  • Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate work orders

  • Communicate technician assessments clearly and professionally to customers

  • Recommend services based on vehicle condition, not just routine maintenance menus

  • Ensure repair authorizations are obtained and documented properly

  • Provide real-time updates to guests on the status of their vehicles

  • Review final work and invoices, ensuring customers fully understand the services performed

  • Collaborate with service technicians and parts advisors to ensure smooth workflow

  • Maintain follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after service visits

  • Assist team members with various tasks as needed to maintain a high standard of service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Typing proficiency and comfort with digital systems

  • Experience with dealership CRM software (ERA/Reynolds experience is a strong asset)

  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

  • Prior Nissan or Japanese brand experience is an asset

  • Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule
