As an SAP Commerce Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP Commerce solutions to enhance customer service and back-office functionalities. With a focus on B2C and B2B operations you will leverage your expertise to optimize WCMS and PCM functionalities ensuring seamless integration and superior user experience.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commerce solutions to enhance customer service functionalities.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Commerce back-office functionalities to streamline business processes.
• Provide expert guidance on optimizing SAP Commerce WCMS functionalities for improved content management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP Commerce PCM functionalities for better product management.
• Drive the development of SAP Commerce B2C solutions to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SAP Commerce solutions align with business objectives and goals.

Required Skills: What you need to be considered

• Possess extensive experience in SAP Commerce- Customer Service.
• Show proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective SAP Commerce solutions.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes and customer experience design.
• Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud B2B/B2C accelerators, SmartEdit, Backoffice, and WCMS.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• SAP Commerce Cloud Certification.
