  • Experienced in leasing, housing coordination, property management, or residential support roles (asset)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling tools, online forms, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
  • Calm under pressure and skilled at navigating occasional urgent issues
  • A strong communicator who believes in fairness, empathy, and creating effective housing solutions
  • Licensed driver comfortable commuting between properties (having a car is a plus)

About Sparrow

11-50

Sparrow is a shared living platform on a mission to unlock the power of living together.

We're tackling two of the biggest challenges of our time—housing affordability and social isolation—by reimagining how we use the space we already have. With over 12 million empty bedrooms across Canada, Sparrow helps homeowners and renters turn underutilized space into thriving shared homes.

Our platform connects people who have extra rooms or entire homes with those seeking safe, affordable, community-oriented places to live. Whether it’s homesharing with a homeowner or co-living with others in a professionally managed shared unit, Sparrow makes shared living simple, secure, and enjoyable.

Hosts earn reliable income. Renters find places they can afford. Everyone gains a greater sense of connection, support, and belonging.

We believe there’s magic in living together, and we’re driving a movement that reimagines how we use and share space.
