What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)
- Overall 7-12 years of Automation testing experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in test automation development.
- Good experience in test automation strategy.
- Test Execution & Maintenance.
- Experience with CI/CD Integration.
- Quality Metrics & Reporting.
- Process Improvement.
- Defect Reporting tools.
In This Role, You Will
- Define the automation roadmap, coverage goals, and tool selection and ensure scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks are in place.
- Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend systems.
- Run automated tests regularly and update scripts as the application evolves.
- Embed automated tests into the continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Track KPIs like test coverage, defect density, and automation ROI; report to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine QA processes to align with Agile and DevOps best practices.
- Log bugs with detailed reproduction steps and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks and architecture.
- Strong grasp of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left testing principles.
- Ability to define KPIs and quality metrics.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
