Position: Client Services Representative T ype: Full Time Permanent Location: Mississauga, ON (Tristar)

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Client Services Representative who will follow projects through the entire production process from beginning to completion.  As the primary account contact, you will be liaising with clients, agencies, outside vendors and internal departments by assisting with creative development to complete work back schedules and following up with job analyses after completion as needed.

This role will work onsite Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive digital files, review artwork, prepare digital docket, deal with any interim changes and ensure proofs are delivered on time

  • Review incoming and/or supplied proofs, update production status and forward to production for plating

  • Serve as the primary interface between our customers, the sales organization and our production teams

  • Advise Customers and Sales Reps on job status as needed

  • Advise Customers and Sales on extra costs, receiving approvals, update Production Manager on concerns and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Job plan meeting with Digital and Press Manager on concerns before job is plated

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Graphic Communications Technology program, with strong knowledge in the print industry

  • Computers skills including Microsoft Office and ERP

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, as well as a process-oriented mindset and can work well in a team, as well as independently

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work and make decisions independently

  • Understanding of quality processes

  • Able to manage concurrent deliverables and tasks on various assignments (or components of a project) within strict deadlines in a very fast paced environment

  • Patient, proactive and disciplined

  • Previous customer service and data entry experience is an asset
