This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.

Internship dates: January 5th to April 24th 2026

The role we offer you:

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to enhancing the knowledge of the management team at our unionized plant. Are you ready to:

  • Develop training content related to the collective agreement;
  • Participate in the planning and facilitation of training for managers;
  • Develop an integration plan for our department heads;
  • Participate in the development of the progression plan for our department heads;
  • Establish a strategy to optimize the exit interview process;
  • Provide support in managing health and safety files.

The passionate individual we are looking for possesses:

  • Interest in labor relations
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English/French)
  • Initiative
  • Keen sense of confidentiality
  • Good synthesis skills
  • Autonomy
  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Education :A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, change management, or a related field.

Location of the internship is Montreal, QC.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

  • All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
  • Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
