What are your contributions to the team?
- Improve/update XML importer tool (VBA)
- Create macro Edit Pad Pro
- Create/update using PowerBI, reports to provide data about the User Comment workflow
- Management System (CMS) & Text Editor (Edit Pad Pro)
- Create/revise Salesforce cases to track User Comments
- Revise troubleshooting procedures as required using the web based Typo3 Content
- Verify information using research and consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Ensure Troubleshooting Procedures meet company requirements, using checklists and other instructional documents as a part of any revisions that you make.
- Other duties as assigned.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have good English communication skills, written and spoken
- You can work with minimum supervision
- You are a team player, with project planning & organization skills
Boarding Information:
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
