Your Contribution:

Your main responsibilities

  • Actively participates in projects, providesassistance,managesclient input/feedback, andgeneralcoordination;
  • Working withsingle or multidisciplinarydesign teamson the project to ensure efficient andsustainable project delivery;
  • Successfully develops relationships with clients, industry affiliates, engineers, technologists,technicians, and construction personnel;
  • Coordinatesand assists withthe preparation of engineering specifications,drawings,andquantity/opinions on probablecost;
  • Preparation of reports, proposals, and tender/bid submissions, budgets, project plans, and othersupporting documentation, as requiredand directed by the project manager;
  • Coordinating tender phase and construction phase services, including the issuance ofaddendums, shop drawing review, and Request for Information (RFI) tracking;
  • Estimating and scheduling of projects,invoicing,including close out review, and update /maintenance of company-related data and resources;
  • Monitoring project budgets and tracking financialpursuits including proposals and changeorders;
  • Apply and promoteEnglobe’shealth and safety policies and procedures;
  • Apply and promoteEnglobe’ssecurity policies and procedures.

Your Profile:

What makes you unique

  • Degree, diploma, or certification from arecognized post-secondary institution(Engineering,Technologies, or Project Management)or equivalent project coordination background(minimum1-3 years).New Grad’s will be considered;
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel are required;
  • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition, as well as oralcommunication and interpersonal skills.Frenchlanguage skillsconsidered an asset;
  • Confidenceto participate in regular meetings, and eager to coordinate with team members inperson, on the phone, and via email;
  • Professional, energetic,and action-oriented;
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member, within a dynamic, fast-paced, deadlinedriven environment;
  • Effectively manages a variety oftasksand/or initiatives, often occurring simultaneously;
  • Able to balance work and personal requirements;
  • Enjoys working in a professional office environment, with occasional client and/or site visits.

Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience workingwithin aDesign-Consulting team environment is considered an asset;
  • Experiencewith NMS standard specifications;
  • Collaboratingand coordinating projectswith multi-discipline teams including (PM, mechanical,electrical, civil,architectural, sub-consultantsetc.);
  • Using MS Project to develop project schedules.
