We are currently hiring a Cash Management Specialist supporting our London Administration Team. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.

This key sales position focuses on activities related to the profitable attraction, maintenance, and coaching of Members in a financial portfolio of agricultural and commercial Members. Working with other staff members of the sales team by guiding and educating them on our cash Management proposition.

The Role:

  • Coach and mentor staff on identifying cash management needs
  • Analyze financial information
  • Effectively apply advice based selling and interest based conversations with all Member interactions
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash management solutions and services
  • Develop a strong working relationship with all Libro Business Sales team, external partners, and participate in role enrichment activities
  • Work with Business Sales team to ensure all opportunities to provide cash management solutions are identified to build a full financial relation with Members
  • Focus on servicing and implementing services for medium to large sized Member and prospect complexity files
  • Ask for business and ask for referrals
  • Develop and execute an individual business plan that provides specific goals and targets that are aligned with brand, regional, and corporate plans
  • Lead in building Banking Proposals (RFPs) for various types of business
  • Provide internal support to Business segment staff on inquires (e.g. day-to-day requests, lunch n learns, webinars, community events, etc)
  • Monitor risk areas
  • Maintain a high level of fluency and knowledge with internal policies and procedures and industry legislation that may affect cash management services
  • Accountable for ensuring all cash management documentation is completed in an accurate manner and in compliance with Libro policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Meet the goals and targets set out for the Cash Management Specialist position
  • Responsibilities will include participating in annual reviews alongside Account Managers for medium to large size complexity Owners covering both credit and deposit/cash management requirements & opportunities
  • Show a positive attitude and demonstrate co-operation among fellow staff members
  • Participate in staff meetings and training
  • Participate in meetings with external partners.
  • As part of team, participate in promotion and branch campaigns to build Libro’s brand within the community.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by your leader
  • Engagement with various Cash Management initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, commerce, business administration, or equivalent
  • Progressive work experience of 1-3 years in Commercial Services in a banking or finance environment
  • Solid understanding of Cash Management and Payment Services
