Finance Analyst – Reconciliations & Reporting

We are hiring an Analyst, Financial Performance for a contract opportunity with a growing organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys treasury support, month-end activities, reconciliations, billing support, and working closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
About the Role
The Analyst, Financial Performance will support key finance functions, including treasury administration, reporting, reconciliations, billing, and month-end close activities. This person will work closely with finance colleagues and business stakeholders to help drive accurate reporting, process efficiency, and strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Support treasury administration, including daily bank statement review, cheque exceptions, EFT/wire payment setup, cheque deposits, and related journal entries Assist with weekly cheque/EFT payment runs and other banking duties Support month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations and journal entries Assist with intercompany transfers, reconciliations, and interest recording Provide billing support, including invoice creation, statement issuance, collections support, and payment recording Support the administration of the company-wide PCard program, including validation, uploads, and journal entries Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers as needed Support compliance with internal policies, health and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Assist with other finance projects and duties as assigned
Must Have: 2–3 years of related finance/accounting experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, billing, or treasury support University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Working toward CPA designation Experience with EFT/wire payments, PCard programs, or intercompany reconciliations Utilities, energy, or corporate services experience Interested candidates can send their resume to Divya@ifgpr.com.
