About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Inventory Control Analyst to support global service operations by planning, monitoring, and optimizing service parts inventory required to maintain Christie’s install base of repairable systems. In this role, you will analyze service inventory usage, identify aged and excess materials, and develop data driven recommendations for appropriate inventory levels, while ensuring service commitments and customer expectations are met. You work independently with minimal daily direction and partner closely with global service, repair, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze service parts usage, repair activity, and inventory movement to support planning decisions.
  • Review aged and slow moving service inventory and prepare recommendations for scrap or disposition.
  • Support inventory disposition activities for end of life products and service parts.
  • Monitor and reconcile service inventory transactions including repairs and scrap.
  • Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective action activities.
  • Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and assess impact to service inventory requirements.
  • Prepare inventory aging, turns, and exposure reports for Service Operations leadership.
  • Coordinate with global service locations and depots, including cross time zone support.
  • Support audit, month end, and quarter end inventory review activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Service Operations management.

Location: hybrid position based in Kitchener, ON
