Tasks

Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions Project management Prepare budgets and payrolls Oversee the operation of company Manage contracts Maintain financial records Direct fundraising drives Develop marketing and communication plans Develop policies and procedures and attend to other management responsibilities Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting Assess business opportunities and develop strategies Prepare funding applications Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Develop sponsorship, partnership or fundraising programs Engage in community program development Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
