VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with company and industry standards
• Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and work with production teams to resolve issues promptly
• Perform quality tests using measuring tools, equipment, and visual inspection methods
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and team members to promote continuous improvement and maintain product consistency
• Assist in training production staff on quality standards and best practices
• Stay informed on industry regulations, certifications, and customer requirements to support compliance

• Solid understanding of measurement tools, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices
