Orthodontic Technician

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality orthodontic appliances.

Experience is preferred, but training can be provided for entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

About the Position

As an Orthodontic Technician, you will be involved in the fabrication and finishing of various orthodontic appliances while working closely with our digital and production teams.

You will help ensure appliances are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to prescription requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish orthodontic appliances
• Work on retainers, expanders, splints, and other removable appliances
• Trim, polish, and process models and appliances
• Review prescriptions and case instructions carefully
• Maintain quality control and accuracy throughout production
• Organize and prioritize cases to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Orthodontic laboratory experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to digital workflows
• Entry-level and intermediate-level candidates are welcome to apply

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour
