Maintenance Planner - Rainbow Lake: On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Maintenance Planner for a one-year contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Rainbow Lake, AB office.
Maintenance Planner - Rainbow Lake - Job Description: This critical project involves maintenance planning for an oil/gas facility in Northern Alberta. The role requires detailed planning of maintenance activities across various departments, including General Maintenance, I&E, and Mechanical, to support operational integrity and sustainment of License to Operate programs.
Maintenance Planner - Rainbow Lake - Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations staff, Maintenance Coordinators, and Senior trades to review, prioritize, and plan maintenance activities
- Manage PM plans and develop new and refine existing plans where applicable
- Facilitate weekly maintenance review meetings with Operations and Maintenance Coordinators
- Participate in monthly cost review and annual budget development meetings
- Develop task lists for repetitive routine tasks and turnaround activities
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor
Maintenance Planner - Rainbow Lake - Mandatory Skills:
- 5 years planning experience with SAP
- Safety-minded with a focus on zero incidents
- First Aid, H2S Alive, Valid driver's license, WHIMIS, TDG
- Proficient in Microsoft and computer applications
- Journeyman Trade certification in a recognized oil and gas field trade (preferred)
Maintenance Planner - Rainbow Lake – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma
- Post-Secondary education in a maintenance-related discipline
- Power Engineering Certificate (4th Class)
- Gas Process Operations (GPO)/Production Field Operations (PFO) levels I, II, III, & IV or A, B, C & D, OGPO (NAIT)
- Experience with maintenance philosophies and energy industry standards
