Role: Legal Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $15 - $40/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Expert to review and provide guidance on legal documentation and compliance requirements. The role involves ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations while supporting operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide clear and actionable legal advice to stakeholders on regulatory and contractual matters.
- Draft and revise legal documents, including terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers.
- Assess potential legal implications of business decisions and propose mitigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns in product development and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in contract review, drafting, and compliance assessment.
- Knowledge of data protection laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
- Ability to interpret legal terminology and translate it into practical guidance.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
