Your Main Responsibilities We are looking for a persuasive and winning proposal coordinator to join our team. The proposal coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing the process of creating proposals, ensuring they are well-written, accurate, and submitted on time. They will collaborate with various teams, gather information, format documents, and maintain proposal templates. Additionally, they track deadlines, manage review processes, and may also be involved in content development and quality assurance
To be successful as a proposal coordinator, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch proposal coordinator should be consistent, detail-oriented, able to write in a factual, convincing manner and have an eye for page design layout.
- Lead the coordination of all proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, Expressions of Interest, etc.
- Coordinate and manage MPE branded submission documents.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and key staff regarding content of the proposals.
- Writing content for the proposals and other branded documentation.
- Proof-reading / editing.
- Assisting with preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Developing and updating corporate resumes, project profiles, etc.
- Organizing and filing proposal materials (photos, project profiles, resumes, etc.).
What Makes You Unique
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in engineering, architecture, or construction industry.
- Experience writing proposals in the engineering sector.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Software.
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
