ABOUT THE TEAM
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Functions Solutions Delivery, the selected candidate will contribute to the team’s mandate. As a member of the Corporate Functions Solution team, you will support the corporate teams in delivering technological solutions.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Solution Designer, Corporate functions solutions delivery, you’ll:
- Translate functional requirements into end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
- Develop solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution architect, and development teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance
- Actively participate in the implementation of cloud solution, develop core components, and ensure it is aligned with the solution design patterns proposed by team, lead in any problem-analysis during development and for production applications
- Embed security-by-design practices, contribute to DevOps automation (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC with Bicep/Terraform) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Research, assess, experiment with new solutions or technologies to meet the constantly evolving demands, initiating and coordinating Proof of Concept (PoC) considering market capabilities and team priorities.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and engage with multiple teams simultaneously
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in solution design, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data management, and security patterns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal) an asset
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery methods
- Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
