Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving excellence in sales and marketing processes? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Excellence to join our innovative global team! In this high-visibility global role reporting to our Director of Business Excellence, you will play a pivotal part in elevating decision-making and problem-solving skills across the organization, enhancing employee and shareholder value beyond expectations. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to revolutionize our commercial excellence strategies and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to make a substantial impact on the company's success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead global initiatives to optimize operational performance and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance process efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and overall business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to support enterprise-wide excellence and enable sustainable value creation.
Process Improvement:
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and standardization.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Lead Kaizen events and workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on business performance and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous development and growth.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to drive business excellence initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and benefits are realized.
Analytics and Problem Solving:
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions.
Daily Management:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day activities to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve daily management goals.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support process changes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Coaching and Development:
- Act as a coach to enhance organizational problem-solving skills.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing, problem-solving culture.
- Be an ambassador of the lean operating model and implement the "Command Center" to drive operational excellence.
Travel Required: (
Education Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business excellence, with a focus on deploying a Business model
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Establishment of standard in organization with respect to Project mgt, Change mgt and Daily Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is required
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. PMP certification is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
- Experience leading Kaizen events and workshops is a must.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools is required.
Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be fluent in English.
