The Role
Sales and Customer Service – 60% New Business / 40% Account Management
- Drive new business development through assigned leads, cold outreach, and personal network
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts with consistent communication and support
- Execute a structured, customer-focused sales process from lead to close
- Deliver trucks professionally and with care, including walk-through, service plan overview, and all paperwork
- Collaborate with Parts, Service, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Upsell truck sales and parts solutions through service interactions and client engagement
- Attend industry events, trade shows, demos, and test drives as needed
Admin – 20%
- Maintain up-to-date records using a CRM system
- Support trade-in appraisals and product evaluations
- Help execute sales promotions and seasonal campaigns
Education and Licensing
- AMVIC license required (or willingness to obtain promptly upon hire)
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Equipment Sales experience, ideally in:

- Heavy Truck
- Construction Equipment
- Agricultural Machinery
- Proven ability to bring or build a book of business
- Solid CRM experience (tracking pipeline, managing touchpoints, closing deals)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business tools
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Positive, professional presence with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
