We’re looking for a customer success specialist to join our growing team and support customer engagement efforts. Care1 is a revenue-generating medical AI and technology company that is changing the way eye doctors think about patient care. 

Our cloud-based software connects eye doctors (ophthalmologists and optometrists) allowing them to screen, diagnose, and treat patients remotely. We also implement deep learning AI models for the automatic detection and treatment of complex eyecare diseases. Over the past decade we have grown Care1 to integrate with over 300 eye doctors across Canada, who have used our platform to deliver care to over 150,000 patients. This makes the Care1 network one of the largest tele-eyecare networks worldwide.

Our in-house software engineering team has also developed the world’s most advanced deep learning artificially intelligent software for medical eye care. Our vision is to become the leading eyecare AI platform in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Onboarding & Training

  • Lead virtual onboarding sessions for our customers (optometry clinics)
  • Train clinic staff on platform workflows and features
  • Lead communication and ensure smooth adoption of new features and product updates
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for clinic accounts
  • Proactively check in with clinics to ensure satisfaction and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to increase usage and adoption within clinics

Feedback Collaboration

  • Gather customer feedback on the product experience and various workflows
  • Communicate key insights to the product and sales team

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience within eyecare (optometry or ophthalmology)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing)

Assets

  • Bilingual - English & French
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or healthcare SaaS

Position Details

  • Flexible hours, remote-first (may require some in-person customer visits)
  • This position is full-time
