The Hill School of Business is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) for BUS 385 101 & 102 LAB this Fall 2025 semester. Responsibilities

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Teaching BUS 385 101 & 102 Lab
  • Grading Assignments and Exams: Provide fair and constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Facilitating Discussions: Lead study groups or discussion sessions to deepen understanding of course material.
  • Assisting Instructors: Help prepare teaching materials, organize class activities, and manage online learning platforms.
  • Holding Office Hours: Offer additional support to students needing extra help or clarification.
  • Compiling Grades: Accurately record and maintain student grades as requested by instructors.
  • Proctoring Exams: Ensure academic integrity during examinations.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of courses.

Position Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Position

  • Academic Excellence: You have achieved a final grade of 75% or higher in the course you wish to assist with (or a strong pass for courses that are pass/fail), demonstrating a strong understanding of the subject matter.
  • Current Enrollment: You are actively enrolled in courses during the Fall 2025 semester, ensuring you’re connected with the student community and up-to-date with academic expectations.
  • Passion for Learning: A genuine enthusiasm for business education and a desire to help others succeed academically.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively to students with diverse learning styles.

  • Friday 8:15 to 9:45 am
