CYMH Clinician
$85,563.25 - $97,633.20 annually, which includes a 4-grid temporary market adjustment

As a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician, you’ll support children, youth, and their families feel by providing services like intake, assessment, treatment and support during crises. You’ll work with young people from birth to age 18. Collaborating with professionals including educators, healthcare providers, Indigenous service organizations and community agencies to deliver holistic care. This role is ideal for those who value meaningful client relationships, teamwork and lifelong learning. Qualifications for this role include:
- Master’s degree in counselling, social work, educational counselling, clinical counselling, clinical psychology or child and youth care or comparable graduate degree at the master’s level in a similar subject may be considered.
- Minimum of one (1) year full-time equivalent experience working with children and youth and their families, with responsibility for providing a wide range of community based mental health services.
Preference may be given to applicants with the following:
- Preference may be given to applicants who self-identify as having an Indigenous heritage (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit) with the required combination of education and experience.
- Preference may be given to applicants with 2+ years of experience working with children and youth and their families, with responsibility for providing a wide range of community based mental health services.
