We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM/MDG) solution within a global manufacturing organization. This strategic initiative aims to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance for critical data objects (e.g., Material Master, Product Information) in a complex ecosystem. The Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for MDM/MDG solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates, stakeholder communications, and executive-level reporting.
• Align timelines and resources with other concurrent projects.

Oversee data governance processes, data quality initiatives, and integration with SAP S/4 and other systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience in ERP or SAP environments focused on data initiatives.
• 5+ years experience with Master Data Solution projects (e.g., SAP MDG).
• Strong knowledge of MDM/MDG solutions and data governance frameworks.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce.com (preferred).
• Experience in large-scale SAP implementations in the manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data quality principles
