Position: Performance Testing Lead
Location: Onsite- Toronto, ON Job type: Full-Time/Permanent Hiring
Note: This is a walk-in drive scheduled for July 25 at “400 University Ave, 25th Floor, Toronto, ON M5G 1S5”
. We are seeking a Performance Testing Lead with 6+ years of experience to spearhead our end-to-end performance engineering activities. You will own everything from non-functional requirements (NFR) gathering to final analysis and stakeholder reporting. This role demands deep, hands-on scripting expertise to ensure the scalability, reliability, and speed of our enterprise system s.Key Responsibiliti esEnd-to-End Test Leadership: Lead comprehensive performance testing lifecycles including NFR gathering, test plan development, and risk assessmen t.Hands-on Scripting & Execution: Develop, debug, and maintain complex performance test scripts and execute load, stress, and endurance test s.Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics: Use monitoring suites to analyze system behavior, isolate bottlenecks, and capture infrastructure metric s.Result Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, correlate metrics, and communicate clear performance findings to technical and business stakeholder s.Critical Requirements (Must-Have s)Experience: 6+ years of dedicated professional experience in Performance Testin g.LoadRunner Mastery: Absolute requirement for hands-on scripting experience using the LoadRunner tool suit e.End-to-End Lifecycle Execution: Proven ability to independently drive NFR gathering, write test plans, execute tests, and analyze result s.Production Monitoring: Hands-on proficiency using Dynatrace and Splunk to track application performance and log correlatio n.Core Competencies (Importan t)Modern Infrastructure: Practical knowledge of Azure cloud environments and Kubernetes container architecture s.Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage timelines and present performance risks directly to business header
