Join Our Team
As a Team Lead, you build brand loyalty and create experiences of YMCA products and services for members and participants. You're dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other. The Team Lead plays a critical role in customer experience by presenting products and services, processing transactions and supporting your team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time, we invite you to apply! This position is based in St. John's.
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or higher
- Retail/customer service and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Interest in charities and fitness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and holidays
- Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
