Join our retail team of chocolate ambassadors who strive to provide the best consumer experience in our Lindt Chocolate Shops. We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Stock Associate to join our retail team at our Lindt Chocolate Shop- Mississauga**. Your availability:** Open
Key responsibilities:
- Receive shipments
- Keep warehouse clean and tidy.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Help associates retrieve merchandise from stock.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our products
- Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant retail experience
- Experience in retail inventory management
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
- Proven work experience as a retail associate, sales representative or similar role.
- Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and energetic personality, focused on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
